I love Donnie Baseball (who doesn't?), and I wish him nothing but the best. I rooted for him to get the job with the Dodgers because I think he's a good influence on players and clearly he and Torre have shown that they make a good team. Additionally, I wholeheartedly and unwaveringly valued his contributions - as a player and a coach! - to the Yankees throughout his tenure. As y'all have probably already heard by now, Mattingly's wife recently filed for divorce. Dealing with breakups and relationship issues is absolutely miserable for all involved, and I would never make light of such a situation. Having said that, I have to say that as distraught as dear Donnie surely is about the demise of his long relationship, he may be better off without the gal. Out of respect for him, I'm not going to post the details or picture here, but I will say this: the woman is off her rocker.Check out the details here: http://www.tmz.com/2008/02/05/ex-yank-wifes-mugshot-crazazy-classic/Labels: haha...ha., you make me sick |
