I wish I hadn't said I'd post a video after the Mets-Yanks series was over. When I said that, I was under the silly assumption that the Yankees would have won a game or two or at the very least not humiliated themselves. I was wrong.

Did this team just get old in the last two months here?

This reminds me of the late 80's, when we had players two-three years too late.

Giambi, Abreu, Damon, Farnsworth, Moose.....I'll miss you.

Cano, if you dont start hitting, I don't care if Morgan thinks you are Rod Carew, Hernandez is ready to take your mentally week mind's place!

Ian, and Hughes, man up guys, show us your stuff, this is the majors, we can ship you off like many others in the past.

I feel for Girardi, right man, in a tough ship right now.

    Hmmmm.....
Think Hank will freak out and make drastic changes during the season? It just so happens that Girardis' competition for the managerial position is unemployed.

I think that it doesn't matter who is and is not performing. If this team starts to slide too much heads will roll. I see Hank, not wanting his 1rst year to be the first time in, what a dozen years, the Yanks don't make the playoffs. I see some major trades and possibly an in season managerial change.

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, TRADE GIAMBI AND DAMON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I get to see the S-WB Yanks take on the Pawtuckett Red Sox tonight!

Mets fan here. Definately thought a series split would take place after the rainout. One of the fantasically annoying things about the Mets is that they seem to easily handle big name pitchers for the most (Pettite and Wang) and then look horrible against some 11 something era scrub from the Nationals in a 1-0 shutout loss. Drives me crazy.

Hate to say it, but the Yanks are not nearly as imposing without ARod and Posada in the lineup. Giambi is basically wasting valuable space due to having to play out his contract, and Damon is more of a risk than reward with that weak arm in the outfield if hes not getting on base like he should be.

The reason the yanks got back in the playoffs last season is because they outslugged everyone the entire second half. The results will be much, much different this time as long as your team ranks 10th in overall offense in the A.L.

I dont know what is worse, the Yanks pitching, or your makeup.
