Yankeeschickography: Red Sox Rivalry 2008, Commence!
Friday, April 11, 2008
Dear Yankees,
Please provide the Wangster with some run support.
Sweeping the Sox would be a perfect start to a winning season.
Hint: Double plays = bad.
Love,
Yankees Chick

Go Red Sox. Let's hope for a close, exciting series with the Sox taking at least 2 out of the 3 and that somehow the baseball gods take mercy on both fan bases and all of the games take less than four hours each.

Good to see Clay Bucholz pitching well. Being able to 2-hit the Yankees offense is no mean feat, especially throwing fewer pitches all game than Wang did in his 6 innings. Good 4-1 victory for the BoSox tonight, keeping the Yankees swinging early in the count all night. Using a reliever in his first night back from a DL stint against the Red Sox probably wasn't Girardi's smartest moment. He should have been saved for a slightly less meaningful situation.

Whoo! One down! I'd love to see what all the haters that said CMW isn't an ACE have to say now! :)

Giambi listened to you, Mo! No cheapie HR, either. Dead center!
